Derived from a single question asking whether individuals would recommend their organisation as a place to work, the eNPS serves as a powerful indicator of employee satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, Budgetly's Employee Survey achieved an Engagement Score of 88%, reflecting a strong sense of commitment and involvement among employees.
