Earlier this year, Budgetly conducted an Employee Survey, achieving an impressive score of 74 on the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). This score surpasses the global industry average of 43 and the average for engaging growth companies, which stands at 49. Derived from a single question asking whether individuals would recommend their organisation as a place to work, the eNPS serves as a powerful indicator of employee satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, Budgetly's Employee Survey achieved an Engagement Score of 88%, reflecting a strong sense of commitment and involvement among employees.
