Overview

Sunnyday Carers is an NDIS service provider that manages over 40 group homes to support NDIS participants. 

The organisation employs more than 250 staff and previously used petty cash to manage expenses. This process was highly manual:

  • Manual reporting - Finance teams needed to generate monthly reports on each group home. 
  • Receipt-chasing - Finance teams had to chase staff for receipts every month for reporting.
