Overview

Master Painters NSW Association Inc. is a not for profit industry association representing  Painting and Decorating contractors and employers in NSW.

Since its foundation over 100 years ago, MPA has been an independent representative for firms and individuals conducting business in the Painting and Decorating industry. The Association aims to uphold high standards in trade craftsmanship and ethical business practices across various projects.

The not so easy!

Prior to Budgetly, Master Painters Association staff were being reimbursed, and having to go through the process of filling out expense forms and manually attaching receipts. The old way was problematic in that:

  • Staff spending their own money on business expenses: Master Painters faced a moral quandary as their staff were shouldering business expenses that ideally should have been covered by the business itself, rather than relying on employees to use their own funds.

  • Missing receipts: Despite having the expense form process already in place, Master Painters Association still encountered issues with delayed and missing receipts.

How Master Painters Association were able to quickly obtain corporate debit cards and manage their receipt tracking efficiently.
